These German Combi Rigs are handmade and tied to order using my favourite rig components.

The German Combi rig is simple, strong, and versatile. It works well with bottom baits or wafters. Adding a split shot just below the hook transforms it into an effective pop-up rig. This design gives excellent hook holds and reliable rig mechanics.

Cally’s Carpy Customs Hooks
These hooks are a popular choice in carp fishing. Their design provides aggressive hook positioning and superior hook hold. Made from high-carbon steel, they are strong and durable. The double PTFE coating ensures smooth hook penetration. Available in sizes 4, 6, 8, and 10, in Barbless or Micro Barbed options.

IQ2 Extra Soft Fluorocarbon
IQ2 is a softer version of Korda’s legendary IQ. It allows free movement for light hookbaits. Nearly invisible in water, it is difficult for carp to detect.

Korda N-Trap Soft (20lb)
This hooklink reflects no light and lays naturally on the lakebed. Available in Gravel Brown, Weedy Green, and Silt to match your fishing conditions.

Hook Bait Mounts

• Bait Screw: 12mm, anti-glare, allows natural bait movement.

• Micro Ring Swivel: Size 22, matt black, flexible, for natural bait presentation.

• Hook Bead: Keeps the bait mount on the shank; available in Green, Brown, and Silt.
